The Gecko in Winter
and The Echo of the Gecko A READING SERIES OF NEW WORKS BY AWARD-WINNING PLAYWRIGHTS The Gecko in Winter is a series of original, short play-readings being held this winter on the last Saturday of the month at the Cambridge Center for Adult Education. Conceived by Hortense Gerardo, this project is based on a play-reading series in Edinburgh, Scotland, called, “The Monday Night Lizard.” Each evening, the Gecko in Winter will feature original works by award-winning writers, and will be read by actors. After each piece, the writers and actors will answer questions from the audience. |
